4. Bootcamp Creation and Enrollment

  • Instructors: By registering as an instructor on Zomra, you agree to provide accurate information about your qualifications and bootcamp content. Zomra reserves the right to review and, if necessary, remove bootcamps that do not meet our quality or content standards.
Additionally, Zomra reserves the right to utilize, modify, or redistribute courses created by instructors without explicit permission. These courses may be reformatted or redistributed as necessary for platform purposes.
  • Students: By enrolling in a bootcamp, you agree to the terms set forth by the instructor for each course. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bootcamp meets your needs before enrollment.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Student Payments: Payments for bootcamps are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Zomra does not store any payment card details. The current payment gateway used by Zomra is Fawry. Fawry’s responsibility is limited to collecting payments for the bootcamps and is not responsible for the products or services being sold.
  • Instructor Payments: Zomra collects student payments and facilitates the transfer of funds to instructors. Instructors are required to provide accurate bank account details to receive payments.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the specific policies of each bootcamp and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Students should contact Zomra and the respective instructor regarding any refund requests.

6. Instructor Access to Student Data

Instructors have access only to student data relevant to their own bootcamps, including student progress, submissions, and participation data. Instructors are required to use this data solely for educational purposes and in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Marketing Rights

  • Instructor Content: Instructors retain ownership of the content they create and post within their bootcamps. However, by posting content on Zomra, instructors grant Zomra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize, modify, and redistribute the content in any format or medium. Zomra may use this content for platform purposes, including marketing or educational redistribution, without requiring explicit instructor consent.
  • Instructor Profiles and Course Material in Marketing: Zomra reserves the right to use instructor profiles and showcase parts of the course material as part of its marketing campaigns. This includes promoting instructors, highlighting specific bootcamps, and using content to attract new users.
  • Student Feedback: Unless explicitly marked as private by Zomra, all feedback provided by students can be used by Zomra as testimonials or in marketing campaigns to promote the platform and its offerings.

This applies regardless of the legal basis for the claim—whether it’s based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other theory—and regardless of whether Zomra has been warned of the possibility of such damages.

10. No Support

We are not obligated to provide any support for the platform or its services. Should we choose to offer support, it will be provided according to the applicable published policies at the time.

11. Third-Party Terms

  • Third-Party Services and External Links: Zomra may provide tools that allow you to share or export content to third-party services. By using these tools, you consent to Zomra transferring the information to the relevant third-party services. Please note that Zomra does not control third-party services and assumes no responsibility for how your information is used by these services. Additionally, the platform may include links to external websites, which are not under Zomra’s control, and we are not responsible for their content.
  • Third-Party Software: The platform may incorporate third-party software under open-source licenses. These licenses grant users broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute such components. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights to obtain or use these components under their respective licenses.

12. Limited License Grant to Zomra

By submitting User Content through or on the platform, you grant Zomra a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and fully paid license (with the right to sublicense across multiple levels) to host, store, transfer, publicly display, perform, reproduce, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise use (collectively, “Utilize”) your User Content, in whole or in part, in any current or future media formats and across any distribution channels.

13. User Content Disclaimer

We have no obligation to monitor, edit, or manage the User Content that you or other users post or publish, and we will not be held responsible or liable for any User Content. However, Zomra reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to review, remove, edit, or block any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. You acknowledge that, while using the platform, you may encounter User Content from various sources, and some of it may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. You agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or claims you may have against Zomra with regard to User Content.

14. General Terms

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly referenced within, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Zomra regarding your use of the platform. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or your rights under these Terms, whether by law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later. Similarly, a waiver of any breach or default by us does not waive any future breaches or defaults, nor does it waive the provision itself. Section headers used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provisions. Throughout these Terms, the word “including” means “including but not limited to.” If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in full force and effect, with the unenforceable part given effect to the greatest extent possible.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Zomra agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Egypt for the resolution of any legal disputes or claims arising from your use of the platform. Zomra operates the platform from within Egypt, and we make no claims that the content or materials provided are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

16. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information on our electronic communication practices. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
