This course is built around the Product Decision Thinking Cycle, a practical methodology I developed from real product work across global organizations.
It gives you a repeatable way to move from ambiguity to clear decisions by combining:
structured PM fundamentals
strategic decision-making beyond feature delivery (including product sunsetting, pricing decisions, and product rebranding)
AI opportunity prioritization and AI-assisted workflows you can apply immediately
Instead of learning disconnected PM concepts, you will learn how to make better decisions consistently across the full product lifecycle.
Over 5 weeks of live, interactive learning, you will complete 10 practical projects you can use in your portfolio and day-to-day work, including:
a final group project where you create a full product from scratch
