As AI products become more complex, leadership decisions must become more evidence-based. Success is no longer measured by shipping features alone, but by continuously evaluating quality, learning from data, and making better decisions at scale.

In this module, you'll learn how to build AI-powered decision systems that improve both your products and your leadership. You'll explore modern AI evaluation (Evals) frameworks to measure model quality, customer outcomes, and business impact using offline and online evaluations, LLM-as-a-Judge, human evaluation, and meaningful success metrics.

Beyond product evaluation, you'll design your own AI Decision Operating System (AI-DOS)—a repeatable framework that uses AI to accelerate research, synthesize insights, prioritize opportunities, write product documents, manage roadmaps, automate stakeholder communication, capture organizational knowledge, and support executive decision-making.

By the end of this module, you'll replace ad hoc decision-making with scalable systems that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of leadership across your product organization.
