**You already use AI.** You ask ChatGPT something, copy the answer, fix it, and finish the job yourself. It helps, but your week looks the same as it did a year ago.

In 2026 the same tools can do much more than answer. They read your files, work in your email and calendar, follow your way of doing things, and run tasks on a schedule while you do something else. That is what an AI agent is, and this course teaches you to build and run them on your own work.

This is not a tour of tools and it is not a slide deck. You bring **one real process from your job**: the report you rebuild every month, the follow-ups you chase every week, the tracker nobody trusts. In 6 live sessions over 3 weeks you rebuild that process with AI agents, step by step. On the last night you show it before and after, with the hours it saves.

#### What you build, session by session

- **Session 1 · Get answers you can trust.** How AI actually works, why it makes things up, what data never goes in, and how to brief it like a colleague. You put the same spreadsheet into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot and check every total against the source.
- **Session 2 · Build your first AI agent.** Write a Skill that captures how you do a recurring job, test it, and fix each mistake once so it never comes back. Connect the agent to your email, files and calendar, give it a real multi-step job, and schedule a task that runs on its own.
- **Session 3 · Reports, decks and meeting follow-ups, done by your agent.** Meeting notes into decisions, owners and deadlines. Follow-up emails drafted in your own voice. A sourced brief, and a report or deck in your company template.
- **Session 4 · Agents that run without you.** Your process running in n8n, started by an email, a form or a schedule, with an AI agent that stops for your approval before anything that sends, pays or publishes.
- **Session 5 · Build the tool your team is missing, without code.** A tracker, form or dashboard on your own data, described in plain language, built by AI and deployed the same day.
- **Session 6 · Demo Day.** Your process before and after, the hours saved, and a 90-day plan to take it to your team.

#### Real work, real examples

Every session is built on documented results from real companies. A few you will take apart in class: Supermetrics cut a 10-hour client report to 20 minutes. Delivery Hero saves 200 hours a month with a workflow built in 5 hours. Ma'aden in Saudi Arabia saves 2,200 hours a month with policy agents. You choose your own process from a use-case bank covering sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, supply chain and customer service.

#### Founding cohort

This is the first cohort of the course. The price is EGP 4,000, and **EGP 3,000 for early-bird seats until Tuesday Oct 13** and for teams of 3 or more from the same company. #### ماذا ستبني في كل جلسة

- **الجلسة 1 · إجابات يمكنك الوثوق بها.** كيف يعمل الذكاء الاصطناعي فعلًا، ولماذا يخترع معلومات، وما البيانات التي لا تدخلها أبدًا، وكيف تكلفه بمهمة كما تكلف زميلًا. تُدخل نفس ملف Excel في Claude وChatGPT وGemini وCopilot وتراجع كل رقم على المصدر.

- **الجلسة 2 · ابنِ أول وكيل ذكي لك.** تكتب Skill تحفظ طريقتك في مهمة متكررة، وتختبرها، وتصلح كل خطأ مرة واحدة فلا يتكرر. تربط الوكيل بالإيميل والملفات والتقويم، وتعطيه مهمة حقيقية من عدة خطوات، وتجدول مهمة تعمل وحدها.

- **الجلسة 3 · تقاريرك وعروضك ومتابعات اجتماعاتك، ينفذها وكيلك.** ملاحظات الاجتماع تتحول إلى قرارات ومسؤولين ومواعيد. إيميلات متابعة بأسلوبك أنت. ملخص بحثي موثّق المصادر، وتقرير أو عرض تقديمي بقالب شركتك.

- **الجلسة 4 · وكلاء يعملون وأنت غائب.** إجراؤك يعمل على n8n، يبدأ من إيميل أو نموذج أو موعد محدد، مع وكيل ذكي يتوقف لموافقتك قبل أي إرسال أو دفع أو نشر.

- **الجلسة 5 · ابنِ الأداة التي يحتاجها فريقك، بدون كود.** متابعة أو نموذج أو داشبورد على بياناتك أنت، تصفها بكلام عادي ويبنيها الذكاء الاصطناعي وتنشرها في نفس اليوم.

- **الجلسة 6 · يوم العرض.** إجراؤك قبل وبعد، والساعات التي وفرتها، وخطة 90 يومًا لتعميمه على فريقك.

### Is this a ChatGPT course or a Claude course?

Neither. You build on Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, whichever you already use, and every exercise has both paths. You also use Gemini, Copilot, n8n and an AI app builder. The big vendors are all moving to the same building blocks (skills, connected apps, agents and scheduled tasks), so what you learn works whichever tool your company chooses.

### Can't I learn this for free online?

You can learn about AI for free, and the free session on Oct 6 is a good start. Free content can't sit next to you while you rebuild your own process, review your agent in a 1:1, or hold you to a deadline. You leave this course with your process running, not a list of videos to watch.

### Will this work for my role?

If your week has a recurring report, follow-up, tracker or request, yes. You pick your process in Session 1 from a use-case bank covering sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, supply chain and customer service, and lock it in during your 1:1. If you are not sure you have one, message me before you enrol and I will tell you honestly whether the course fits.

### AI tools change every month. Will this still be current?

The course is built on what the tools can do in October 2026, not last year. It teaches agents, Skills, connected apps and scheduled tasks rather than the Custom GPTs that OpenAI is retiring in December. Every session is re-checked against the latest releases the week before it runs.

### Do I need to know how to code?

No. Skills are written instructions in plain language, connecting your apps takes a few clicks, n8n is visual, and in Session 5 you describe the tool you want and the AI writes the code.

### Which paid plans do I need?

One paid AI plan: Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, or a company Claude Team or ChatGPT Business seat if your admin allows connectors. Agents, connected apps and scheduled tasks are paid features. Free accounts are enough for the other tools, and for n8n you use the free 14-day n8n Cloud trial, started on Monday Nov 9 so it covers Session 4 and Demo Day. I send the full setup list after you enrol.

### Is my company data safe?

You decide what goes in and what your agent is allowed to do. In Session 1 we cover which data never goes into an AI tool and set the privacy settings together. Your agent asks before it acts, and anything that sends, pays or publishes goes through your approval. For anything confidential we work on anonymised data, and everything in the course works just as well on sample data.

### Why is this cohort priced lower than similar programs?

It is the founding cohort. You get the same 6 sessions, the same 1:1 and the same support as later cohorts, which will cost more. In return I ask for honest feedback and, if the course works for you, a short testimonial.

### How does the 1:1 work?

Every participant books one 45-minute session with Mina between Nov 4 and Nov 10. You use it to lock in your capstone process, get unblocked on your build, and review your agent and its Skills.

### What language is the course taught in?

The sessions are delivered in Arabic. Prompts, templates and the tools themselves are in English, which is how you will use them at work.

### How much time do I need each week?

Two live sessions a week (Saturday and Tuesday, 3 hours each), plus about 2 to 3 hours a week for the short projects. The projects use your own real work, so that time also moves your actual job forward.

### Can I join with colleagues?

Yes. Teams of 3 or more from the same company get 25% off each seat. Session 6 is designed to help you roll AI out to your team after the course.

### What happens if I can't make a live session?

All live sessions are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours. You can watch them at your convenience.

### Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. You receive a certificate of completion after submitting all projects, including the capstone.
